1. Overview
At Camper Kit Hub, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. We understand that sometimes an item may not fit your needs or may not be what you expected. Our return policy is designed to be simple and customer-friendly.
2. Time Frame for Returns
You can return any item within 14 days of receiving your original order. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received. To meet the return deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification of exercising your right of returning item before the return period expires.
3. Condition of Returned Items
Products must be in their original, unused condition. Packaging should be intact and the item should include all original tags and accessories. We cannot accept returns on used, damaged, or altered items.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Find your order id on the invoice.
- Write us the email informing us which item you wish to return.
- Once your return request is processed, we will reply to you with the address where to send the returned item.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If approved, we shall reimbure to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within approximately 10 days.
You must return or hand over the goods imediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the returned item. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expire.
6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You should bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective item or an item that is different from what was ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the return and cover all shipping costs for these cases.
8. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items may be exempt from this return policy, including custom-made items and clearance items.
